The Ultra Cleaner is specifically designed for web and flat panel applications where superfine particulates may interfere with today’s high speed manufacturing processes.

Compared to conventional vacuum or air knife type cleaners, the Ultra Cleaning System utilizes a dual ultrasonic nozzle to break up the boundary layer and “shake” loose super fine particles trapped on the surface.
Mounting the cleaning head on a back up roll maintains consistent substrate gap and insures repeatable cleaning results. The system does not induce any web flutter and hence possibilities of substrate damage.
