Shinko 1/4 DIN Model PCD-300

Standard Features:

The Economic Program Controller Shinko Model PCD-300 is available in standard DIN size (1/4 DIN), with a black enclosure and NEMA 4X protective construction. The Shinko PCD-300 features nine patterns with up to nine steps per pattern. Steps can be programmed from 99 hours and 59 minutes each.

The Shinko PCD-300 has true multi-input capabilities: 10 thermocouple types, 2RTD type, 2 current inputs, and 4 voltage inputs. Manual override allows you to take control of your process at anytime. All units feature as standard full function third generation PID Autotune with dual display. PV red 4 digits, SV green 4 digits. This feature minimizes process overshoot under the most demanding applications. The Shinko PCD-300 offers communications capabilities. The PCD-300 can be used in conjunction with the JC Series Controller or the DCL DIN Rail Controller to set up master/slave control systems.

Extrusion Rupture Disk

Rupture disks are designed for reliable emergency relief of excess pressure since they instantaneously rupture at a specific predetermined pressure range. Dynisco's model BP420 rupture disk is designed specifically for use in plastic extruders. Each assembly consists of a stainless steel body and rupture disk. A rupture disk may be specified for primary relief in applications where pressure buildup can occur so rapidly that the response time of a relief valve is inadequate, such as in a polymerization reaction vessel.
