- Alarm
Functions HI 9053 and HI 9055 provide the user with an advanced
alarm capability. Simply set the high and low limits, and an acoustic
alarm will alert you if measurements exceed the range.
- HOLD
Function The HOLD button freezes the current reading on the
screen, allowing time to record the measurement.
- High
Temperature Range Measurements can be taken from -50 to 950°C
or -58 to 1742°F to meet all of your temperature measurement
requirements.

HI 9053
and HI 9055 are microprocessor based thermocouple thermometers that
supply the user with reliable readings in the higher temperature ranges.
These meters are housed in a rugged ABS casing that protects them
for years. The powerful microprocessor provides several added functions
to the performance of these meters. HI and LO keys allow the user
to recall the highest and lowest readings taken. A MEM HOLD and MR
button makes it possible to freeze a reading on the display, and then
recall it at a later time. The alarm functions can be set at a high
and low point to alert the user in the event of an out-of-range condition.
The built-in acoustic alarm is a valuable feature for all engineering
tests and process monitoring. The HI 9053 monitors temperature on
the Centigrade scale and the HI 9055 measures in the Fahrenheit scale.
There are several different K-type thermocouple probes available to
meet all of your application needs.
