The
6VPSDO series of pressure switches are able to sense differential
pressure between sources as high as 2,500 PSI. This can
be used to determine the presence or direction of flow in
high pressure lines.
This switch uses a large diaphragm to accurately sense low
differential pressures and during an overpressure the main
diaphragm is fully supported. High pressure stainless steel
bellows are used for seals.
The differential pressure element is designed so that either
the high side or low side can withstand the maximum allowable
pressure with the opposite side at atmospheric pressure.
