REVOSCREEN

Filter Innovations' Revoscreen is an internally fed rotary drum that incorporates a wedge wire screen with slots ranging from 0.010" to 0.100". The slots are oriented perpendicular to the direction of rotation.

 

  • Clog free water distributor
  • Baffles for effecient solids removal

    • The feed enters a non-clog flow diverter where it is evenly distributed onto the sidewalls leaving screenings on the inside of the drum as liquid flows through the openings. The screen element is provided with internal baffles, which transports the screenings out of the drum.

    • Internal and external spray shower

    To prevent clogging of the drum surface, the unit is equipped with spray nozzles on the exterior and interior of the screen. Stainless steel covers are provided for housekeeping and ventilation connections for additional odour control.
