HAUG tradition means four
decades of experience, expertise and precision. Since being founded
in 1957, HAUG has developed into one of the world's biggest and most
successful manufacturers in the field of ionization technology. Milestones
in the history of the company have been the opening of a new production
facility in Biel (Switzerland) in 1980, the expansion and modernisation
of the headquarters in Leinfelden-Echterdingen in 1993 and, not least,
the expansion into Canada.
Our own sales branches
in Germany and a world-wide, inter-continental distribution network
ensure the permanent availability of HAUG products and outstanding
customer service.
But the recipe for success
of the company's management does not rely simply on continual growth
on a solid basis: knowledge gained from many years of target-oriented
research has led to the development of new, practical technologies,
while custom-made special devices are constantly opening up new fields
of application for a large cross-section of industry.
HAUG's Corporate Objectives
Our objective is the future-oriented
development and manufacture of high-quality devices. Our yardsticks
are flexibility and usability: HAUG system solutions are to be appropriate
to every application.
But quality cannot just
be demanded, it has to be produced. This principle is accepted and
practised by all members of the HAUG family, conscious of their own
personal responsibility. Since 1995 we have been certified to DIN
EN ISO 9001 standard.
In realizing our objectives,
we strive to develop environmentally friendly technologies and to
handle energy and resources responsibly. For us, economic production
at modern and socially compatible workplaces is a matter of priority.
