The
E2520 Hand Held Cable Fault Locator is the world's smallest,
lightest and easiest to use graphical TDR for twisted pair
cable. Combine these features with a low cost and there's
no reason why any field technician should not be equipped
with a TDR.
To
simplify operation, the E2520 Hand Held Cable Fault Locator
automatically sets the appropriate gain and pulse width
for each of the measuring ranges. These measuring ranges
go from 100m to 3km, ideally suited to testing in the local
loop network. Velocity Factor is fully adjustable by the
user to suit measurement on all cable types, but defaults
to the 0.67 setting preferred by most telcos for local loop
testing.
