  NEX FLOW™ Technologies Air-Blade™ Ionizer

The Air-Blade™ Ionizer uses a small amount of compressed air for a powerful, and adjustable force with “laminar” flow to eliminate static charge in applications where static bars cannot reach or where high speeds are a factor.

The Air-Blades are available in both anodized aluminum and stainless steel. Standard Haug brand static bars can address most applications. For extremely high speeds and charges extra powerful static bars are available. For washdown applications, even a washable static bar is available at extra cost.
 


  NEX FLOW™ Technologies Frigid-X™ Vortex Tubes

Vortex Tubes are devices that work on a standard compressed air supply. Air enters the vortex tube and literally splits the air flow into two parts - cold air at one end, and hot air at the other - all without any moving parts. An adjustable valve at the "hot" end controls the volume of the air flow, and the temperature exiting at the cold end. By adjusting the valve, you control the "cold fraction" which is the percentage of total input compressed air the exists the cold end of the vortex tube.

  NEX FLOW™ Technologies Ring-Blade™ Air Wipe

Ring-Blade Air Wipe produce a “laminar” low of air along its 360 degree angle using the “Coanda” effect which “entrains” a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the Air-Saver Wiper-Blade to produce an output flow up to 30 times.

Payback on compressed air savings can be as soon as a few weeks in some applications when compared to nozzle “rings” or simple annular slots used by other air wiping systems.
