The
SMART Batch Control System utilize state of the art electronics.
The SMART system measures flow rate and total volume to within
1% accuracy and 0.8% repeating. Encapsulated, injection molded
components ensure a rugged, compact design. The internal lithium
battery has an extended life of 5 years. To begin the metering
process, simply press the directional arrows to the desired
volume and press START. Once the system has reached the predetermined
volume, the motor will disengage.
The SMART Batch Control System is available in two versions.
The PP version includes the SP-280P Series motor, PP drum
pump, PP batch control and ALL necessary connections. The
PVDF version includes the SP-ENC Series motor, PVDF drum pump,
PVDF batch control and ALL necessary connections.
APPLICATIONS
Specialty
chemical, waste treatment chemicals, dispensing from bulk
storage or site specific chemicals delivery and many other
applications.
