The Watson-Marlow Bredel
Laboratory Pumps 300 Series is Watson-Marlow's best-selling
OEM system of pumpheads, drives and controllers which
can combine to form complete pump installations, with
flow rates from microliters up to 2.0 l/min continuously,
or up to 3000 ml/min intermittently.
Extension pumpheads
have a unique snap-fit action to provide up to 6 channels,
with the added bonus that tube loading for each channel
is independent and does not require adjacent pumpheads
to be removed. All pumpheads accept a range of tube
sizes and materials, so that whether you are handling
foods, sterile pharmaceuticals or solvents, there
will be a Watson-Marlow pump which will do the job.
With a choice between
DC and AC drives in a range of voltages and speed,
there are nearly 30 different oem pumps in the Watson-Marlow
300 series, and the oem speed control board provides
simple-to-connect speed and direction control for
the 12V DC oem pumps

 The
new 323 range is designed exclusively for process, sanitary,
environmental and scientific pumping needs, and brings a stunning
new level of performance and quality. The brushless DC motor
is powerful and never requires servicing, microprocessor-control
insures precise control, and the range of manual, analog-auto
or RS232 control meets every need.
Four brand new drives with five
pumphead options meet every need. The high-flow, single channel
501RL, or up to six 313 and 314 pumpheads (they can be mixed),
or one or two 304MC or 308MC five-channel pumpheads (which can
also be mixed) can be fitted to a single drive to provide up
to ten channels of flow.

 The
all-new 323 range brings a stunning new level of performance
and quality to laboratory and process pumping. There are four
new drives with five pumphead options.
313 three-roller or 314 four-roller
pumpheads provide single-channel flows at up to 2000 ml/min,
and up to six pumpheads can be fitted for lower flow rates.
313D2 and 314D2 pumpheads accept thicker wall tubing for stable
performace at higher pressures or suction conditions or with
more viscous fluids.
The higher performance drives
can be fitted with the 501RL high-flow pumphead for single channel
flow rates up to 2200 ml/min, or 314MC four-roller or 318MC
eight-roller multi-channel pumpheads for up to ten channels
of flow at up to 53 ml/min.

Thick (2.4mm) wall tubing provides
stable flow performance with viscous fluids, or against higher
delivery pressures (up to 2 bar) or more demanding suction conditions.
Because handling thicker wall tubing demands more torque, extension
pumpheads may not be fitted to 313D2 or 314D2 pumpheads.
Speed adjusts in 1rpm steps from
3rpm to 400rpm. Instantly reversable, keypad lock stops tampering
or accidental changes, auto restart for mains failure recovery,
switchable between 100-120V or 220-240V 50/60Hz, two year full
warranty. Rear panel 25D socket accepts 4-20mA or 0-10V analogue
auto-control signals. MemoDose facility for accurate single
shot dosing.
