High Purity
Natural
Polypropylene Piping Systems
Unpigmented
(natural) PP is an economical alternative to PVDF for high purity
water.
Chemline’s new natural PP pipe, fittings and valves are manufactured
from high purity resin in a clean room environment.
Pipe is available ½” to 9”. Natural PP valves include ball and
diaphragm types. Connections are made with high-tech infrared
butt fusion machines. Where mechanical connections are required,
flanges or threaded adapters are available.

PVDF and Polypropylene
Butt Fusion Piping Systems
Chemline now offers complete piping systems in PVDF and pigmented
or natural PP. Packages include pipe, fittings, valves, flow meters
and controls along with high-tech infrared butt fusion equipment.
PP offers higher impact strength and operating temperature range
(up to 200ºF) compared to PVC.
PP has high chemical resistance and unpigmented PP is preferred
for high purity applications. PVDF has even higher operating temperatures
(280ºF), impact strength and high purity properties.
