Electrofusion Systems for PVDF Pipe and Fittings

The new “HPMF” Electrofusion Systems are for Chemline’s PVDF pipe and fittings ½” to 2”. It is similar to PP Electrofusion Systems used for laboratory drainage.

These PVDF collars contain a copper coil. After precision planing, pipe or fitting ends are inserted into the collar.

Voltage applied to the coil produces a strong beadless butt joint. With the bladder tool, you can make a bead and crevice free joint to satisfy the strictest high purity requirements.
