PFS Injection Quills have been developed to allow chemical injection into the center stream of the flow. This ensures the dispersion of chemical in a more uniform manner, providing for a more homogenous mix in the pipeline.

Features and Benefits:

  • 6 materials of consturction: PVC, CPVC, PP, PVDF, S/S 316L and Hastelloy C 276

  • 2 standard sizes available: 3" or 5" insertion length

  • 1/2" NPT or BSPT connections available

  • Custom materials and sizes available on request

  • Built in spring loaded check valv

  • • Standard 1/4" orifice discharge for higher flow

  • pressure range to 3000 PSIG

  • temperatures to 260
