Combination
with ionizing bars:
The
Duo air lock as a unit consists of the actual basic air lock
and, in each case, two ionizing bars from the HAUG product range. The
following ionizing bars can be combined with the Duo air lock:
Ionizing
bar "Classic Line"
Ionizing bar "Power Line"
Ionizing bar "Explosion Line"
Ionizing bar "Twins"
The HAUG
ionizing bar "Explosion" is used in potentially explosive locations.
The "Twins" version is a tandem-ionizing bar, which can only be used
in connection with the phase-displacing mains unit EN 70 LC.
Duo air lock + Classic Line:
The
circular construction of the "Classic Line" ionizing bar permits rotating
and millimetre-accurate adjustment in the direction of travel of the
material. By using this powerful and robust piece of equipment, it is
possible to remove problematic surface charges reliably and effectively,
even at high operating speeds.
Duo air lock + Power Line:
Compared
with the standard version, the "Power Line" ionizing bar stands out
through its considerably increased performance capability. Just as with
the "Classic Line", the "Power Line" excels due to its reliable and
removable contact system, its absolute contacting safety and special
electrodes made from stainless steel.
