Adjustable Spot Cooler
The Frigid-X™ Spot Cooler is a low cost and maintenance free Adjustable Spot Cooler system utilizing a vortex tube to produce cold air at one end. The temperature is adjustable using a knob at the hot end to set the temperature precisely to your requirements from approximately minus 30ºF to room temperature.
Temperature can be easily set with a thermometer. Three brass generators come with the system for flow rate adjustment - 15 SCFM, 25 SCFM and 30 SCFM providing refrigeration up to 2100 BTU/hr.
Air Knife X-Stream produces a “laminar” flow of air along its length using the ”Coanda” effect which “entrains” a large volume of air from the surrounding area along with the small amount of compressed air from the X-Stream Air-Blade™ to produce an output flow up to 40 times.
