Diaphragm Valve Accessories

Hand Wheel Lock Out

Lock-outs are clamp-on devices that prevent the valve handle from being operated. Requires a padlock which is not supplied by Chemline.

Chem-Bolts

Chembolts are fasteners with a high-performance fluoropolymer coating that is tough and corrosion resistanct for aggressive environments. Chembolts are available with different coatings to suit different environments. 		ChemBolts

Spray Sheilds

Spray shields are wrapped around flanged connections to contain leaks and hazardous spray-outs from high temperature or dangerous chemicals. They are available to fit connections from 1/4" to 48" ANSI 150# flanges. They are available in opaque PP or PTFE (Teflon) and feature a transparent Teflon leak detection patch with pH paper to indicate when leaks occur. Also available are Teflon Clearvue Spray Shields that have a transparent outer layer.
