Instrumentation Protection
MTL offers several Surge Protection options for instrumentation
protection. DIN Rail mounted SD Series provides the most compact
surge protection available. Process specific protection products
include a 4-20 mA transmitter protector, AC-powered transmitter
protector and a load cell protector.
AC Power Protection
AC Surge Protection products are available to protect any need,
ranging from the Zone Master, which is used as primary protection
for your process plant, to the Zone Sentinel, which would be used
for smaller plants and distribution panels to the Zone Defender
which is used for instrumentation. Inline products are also available
for protection and EMI/RFI filtering.
Network Protection
Network protection is available in either DIN Rail or surface
mounted options. The modular approach provides a flexible, customer
configurable approach to surge protection. Video protectors and
in-line coaxial and DB style protectors are also available.
