Heavy Duty Systems
The Heavy Duty product line is designed for customers that need
to clean parts of all shapes and sizes in an efficient and environmentally
safe manner. All systems are self contained and closed-loop, thus
eliminating run-off into the sewer drain. Systems clean with a
high pressure spray and heated water up to 160º. The load capacity
is 200 lbs. per square foot. Available in a number of sizes.
PRESSURE ISLAND HEAVY DUTY SYSTEM
The Pressure Island Heavy Duty Closed-Loop Cleaning System comes
standard with a powder coated steel frame, 6-foot side walls,
stainless steel floor and gutter, two 10-KW heaters, 1000 psi
diaphragm pump @ 2.2 gpm, ozone generator, ozone pump and injector.
Also included are an hour meter, state-of-the-art filtration system
(patent pending) with a single 10 micron 8'' x 30'' filter housing,
, lift-up fiberglass grating and an assortment of spray pattern
nozzles. All electrical wiring is housed in liquid tite conduit.

RINSE AND CHEMICALLY COMPATIBLE SYSTEM

steel frame, stainless steel floor and gutter, 6-foot side walls,

Heavy Duty Closed-Loop Cleaning, Rinse and Chemically Compatible
System along with an evaporator, pump and interface module.

PROFILE SYSTEM
The Pressure Island Low Profile 6x6 2-module Wash Bay features
a deck height of only 8 inches from the ground and comes standard
with a powder coated steel frame, 6-foot side walls, stainless
steel floor and gutter, 120 gallon stainless steel clarifying
tank, 1300 psi pump @2.2 gpm, ozone generator, ozone pump and
injector. Also included are an hour meter, oil skimmer, state-of-the-art
filtration system with dual 10 and 50 micron filter housings,
lift-up fiberglass grating and an assortment of spray pattern
nozzles. All electrical wiring is housed in liquid tite conduit.
