The Super Duty product line is designed for cleaning heavy loads. With the structural angle and square tube construction the standard systems can accommodate up to 400 lbs. per square foot. All units are self contained closed-loop systems that clean with high pressure and heated water up to 160º.

  The Pressure Island Super Duty Closed-Loop Cleaning System comes standard with a powder coated steel frame and gutter, stainless steel floor, 6-foot side walls, two 10-KW heaters, 1000 psi diaphragm pump @ 2.2 gpm, ozone generator, ozone pump and injector. Also included are an hour meter, state-of-the-art filtration system (patent pending) with a single 10-micron 8'' X 30'' filter housing, and an assortment of spray pattern nozzles. All electrical wiring is housed in liquid tite conduit.

  The Pressure Island Super Duty Closed-Loop Cleaning, Rinse and Chemically Compatible System comes standard with a powder coated steel frame, stainless steel floor and gutter, 6-foot side walls, two 10-KW heaters and 1000 psi diaphragm pump @ 2.2 gpm. All wetted parts are stainless steel or non-corrosive materials of construction. All electrical wiring is housed in liquid tite conduit.
