Pressure Island Automated Belt and Basket Washer Systems provide effective parts cleaning and drying to meet your high-production cleaning requirements.

Automated Belt and Basket Washer Systems are available in single or multi-stage configurations to suit virtually any type of cleaning application including washing, rinsing, phosphating, rust inhibiting and drying.

• BASKET WASHER SYSTEMS
  The Pressure Island Basket Washer comes standard with a 10 gauge, 304 stainless steel tank and spray cabinet. 2'' mineral wool insulation is covered by 16 gauge, polished, 304 stainless steel skin. Standard load height is 38'' – 46'' with a load table attached to the front for easy loading. Basket fixture is constructed of 304 stainless steel and is driven by an AC motor with a gear reducer and is complete with stainless steel shafts, sprockets, chain and an adjustable slack adjuster. The solution tanks are heated by stainless steel flanged immersion heaters and controlled through a PLC operator interface. Each tank has a brass drain valve, emergency overflow coupling, forklift pockets and lift off access lid for maintenance. Also included are a removable stainless steel chip tray, dual stainless steel mesh screens, vertical centrifugal pump followed by a carbon steel bag filter with 2 pressure gauges, glass filled polypropylene spray nozzles and glass filled polypropylene eductor nozzles. Dry off stage is equipped with a stainless steel tubular heater following a high pressure regenerative blower and is controlled by a PLC operator interface. The standard electrical requirements are 480 VAC, 3-phase 60Hz power.

• BELT WASHER SYSTEMS
  The Pressure Island Belt Washer comes standard with a 10 gauge, 304 stainless steel tank and spray cabinet. 2'' mineral wool insulation is covered by 16 gauge, polished, 304 stainless steel skin. Standard load height is 36''. Also included is a vertical centrifugal pump, carbon steel bag filter, stainless steel flanged immersion heaters, glass filled polypropylene spray nozzles rated at 3 gpm, removable stainless steel chip tray, dual stainless steel mesh screens, 1'' x 1’’ stainless steel flat wire belt and neoprene curtains. The standard electrical requirements are 480 VAC, 3-phase 60Hz power.
