The Pressure Island Heavy Duty Closed-Loop Cleaning Systems comes standard with a powder coated steel frame, 6-foot side walls, stainless steel floor and gutter, two 10-KW heaters, 1000 psi diaphragm pump @ 2.2 gpm, ozone generator, ozone pump and injector.

Also included are an hour meter, state-of-the-art filtration system (patent pending) with a single 10 micron 8'' x 30'' filter housing, , lift-up fiberglass grating and an assortment of spray pattern nozzles.

All electrical wiring is housed in liquid tite conduit.

Includes holding tank with a 120-gallon capacity and manual drain valve. Other sizes available. All necessary liquid level switches, hoses, and hardware are included.
Automatic Drain System	002-00960
Details: To be used with PI Industrial Grade Systems. Allows the entire machine to be drained at any time with the operation of a single switch. The wastewater is pumped from the water reservoir @ 20 gpm, through the filter housings and then exits through a 1'' npt fitting. The fitting can easily be connected to the appropriate overflow capture source. Includes solenoid valves, relays, hoses and all logic control devices.
