PRESSURE ISLAND HEAVY DUTY CLEANING, RINSE AND CHEMICALLY COMPATIBLE SYSTEM

The Pressure Island Heavy Duty Closed-Loop Cleaning, Rinse and Chemically Compatible System comes standard with a powder coated steel frame, stainless steel floor and gutter, 6-foot side walls, two 10-KW heaters and 1000 psi diaphragm pump @ 2.2 gpm.

Also included are an hour meter, state-of-the-art filtration system (patent pending) with a single 10-micron 8'' x 30'' filter housing, lift-up fiberglass grating and an assortment of spray pattern nozzles.

All wetted parts are stainless steel or non-corrosive materials of construction. All electrical wiring is housed in liquid tite conduit.

Automatic Drain System	002-00959
Details: To be used with PIR Industrial Grade Systems. Allows the entire machine to be drained at any time with the operation of a single switch. The wastewater is pumped from the water reservoir @ 20 gpm, through the filter housings and then exits through a 1'' npt fitting. The fitting can easily be connected to the appropriate overflow capture source. Includes solenoid valves, relays, hoses and all logic control devices.
