Automated Belt Washer Systems
The Pressure Island Automated Belt Washer Systems come standard
with a 10 gauge, 304 stainless steel tank and spray cabinet.
2'' mineral wool insulation is covered by 16 gauge, polished,
304 stainless steel skin. Standard load height is 36''.
Also included is a vertical centrifugal pump, carbon steel bag
filter, stainless steel flanged immersion heaters, glass filled
polypropylene spray nozzles rated at 3 gpm, removable stainless
steel chip tray, dual stainless steel mesh screens, 1'' x 1’’
stainless steel flat wire belt and neoprene curtains.
The standard electrical requirements are 480 VAC, 3-phase 60Hz
power.
