that completely covers the gauge area. Transalloy is used
in the bending beam and is part of the reason for its
high accuracy and impact load resistance. Transalloy is
a proprietary steel alloy with parameters affecting load
cell performance that are better than other alloys frequently
used in load cell manufacture. The 462 is also Factory
Mutual approved and exceeds H-44 Class III requirements.
