Flanged Immersion
Heaters - All applications must consider the suitability of
the sheath material, the correct watt density, the flange size
and temperature/pressure rating, available insertion length,
and appropriate terminal enclosure. Dimensions for ANSI 150#
& 300# class flanges are shown on tables ? to ??

Heater
Flange Heater -
Flange Immersion Heaters come in a wide variety of configurations,
styles, and shapes. Our goal is create a simple yet effective
design to solve any fluid-heating environment you have. By selecting
the best sheath material, choosing the optimum fitting method
and manufacturing the elements to any desired watt density you
can expect the optimum engineered heating solution for your
requirements. Fast delivery gets you this perfect heater almost
immediately.
Flange Heater - Flange Immersion
Heaters normally have many individual heater elements, or blades,
either welded or brazed into the flange. Elements arranged in
multiples of 3 for balancing the load to your 3-phase power
supply.
