is low cost with virtually no moving parts. It conveys air at
high rates and long distances.
Air Conveyor Slim Line
Ring-Vac™ utilizes
compressed air for a powerful, efficient venturi action along
its length in a compact design for high capacity conveying over
large distances. It
is available in anodized aluminum,
simply clamp
a standard hose size to each end of the Slim Line Ring-Vac™
to create this high energy conveying system. Specifically designed
for materials such as paper, textile waste thread, and other
light conveying applications.
No moving parts for maintenance
free operation with capacity and flow controlled with a pressure
regulator.
Air Conveyor Slim Line Ring-Vac™ is available in 1",
1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2" and 3" sizes. Any size
beyond that can be prohibitive for most applications due to
high compressed air requirements. In addition, beyond 2",
the vacuum ability begins to drop significantly. For applications
beyond 2" a blower system becomes far more economical except
in a rare number of possible applications.
