MeltMonitor™ is a totally self-contained
device for extruder melt pressure measurement
and display. The MeltMonitor™ provides an
overall accuracy of better than 0.5%. The
MeltMonitor™ offers instantaneous digital
display of melt pressure in a compact and
easy to install package. Standard features
include peak display function and digital
auto zero.
Some models offer built-in alarms, 4-20mA
or 0-10Vdc process value re-transmission,
manual or remote alarm reset, and manual
or remote zero.
MODBUS communications is also available.
