The ONEhalf20
MeltMonitor™ is a totally self-contained
device which features simultaneous digital
display of both the melt pressure and melt
temperature, in a compact and easy to install
package. The MeltMonitor™ provides an overall
accuracy of better than 0.5%. Standard features
include peak display function and digital
auto zero.
Some models offer built-in alarms, 4-20mA
or 0-10Vdc process value re-transmission,
manual or remote alarm reset, and manual
or remote zero.
Additional options include "TempSense"
a revolutionary proprietary algorithm which
provides full process temperature compensation
over the operating range of 20-325ºC.
This feature eliminates all zero shift resulting
from process temperature changes.
MODBUS communications is also available.
