Lubrication System Prevents gyratory motor faailure. Unbalanced weights in gyratory screener motors subject bearings to extreme loads. To prevent premature bearing failure, the exclusive Kason Auto-Luber automatically pressure feeds lubricant from a replaceable resoervoir into motor bearings for 6 to 12 months, continuously flushing the race of wear materials and eliminating dead spots where up to 95 percent of lubricant can otherwise remain unused. The Auto-Luber can be retrofitted to all makes and models of circular vibratory screeners of 48" (1220 mm) and larger diameters in on hour. |
