Wiper
Blade Assembly Breaks down lumps and agglomerates. The independently driven Wiper Blade Assembly available on Kason FLO-THRU Vibratory Screeners, breaks down lumps and prevents screen blinding. The assembly is mounted to the unsprung base plate of any FLO-THRU sepaarator. Independent adjustment of wiper blade height and blade rotation from 1 to 15 RPM results in greater delumping efficiency and capacity than with passive wiper assemblies rotated by vibratory induced friction. Flexible rubber wiper blades or bristle bruches can be affixed to agitator shaft arms. |
