Vibratory
Spheroidizer / Agglomertor Produces spherical particles. The patented Kason Spheroidizer utlizes vibratory energy to produce high-strength, uniform, speherical particles, and is particularly suited to sanitary applications. Factors affecting the size, uniformity and density of the finished product include the amplitude and frequency of vibration, as well as the number and slope of spheroidizing cones that affect swell time. Binder may be applied to powder prior to entering the spheroidizer, or through integral spray nozzles within the unit. Available in diameters from 24" to 72" (610 mm to 1830 mm). |
