BSGF SERIES Self Priming Engine Driven Pump

The Monarch BSGF Series of self priming engine driven pumps are general purpose pumps designed for liquid transfer and contractor dewatering using a semi open impeller.

ENGINE - Internationally known Briggs and Stratton or Honda engines, with dependable world wide service. All engines are equipped with adjustable throttle engine controls.

CASING - Cast iron; 2" or 3" suction & discharge.

PRIMING & DRAIN PLUGS - ¾", garden hose size.

IMPELLER - 4 vane, semi-open gray cast iron, with "Blind Hole" for engine shaft protection.

SEAL - Self lubricating mechanical seal, carbon-ceramic faces, Viton bellows to resist most agchemicals and liquid fertilizers.

BASE - Rugged stamped steel base provides firm easy mounting.

HANDLE - Built-in handle for easy portability.

MIG SERIES Self Priming Semi-Trash Pump

The Monarch MIG Series of heavy duty self priming pumps are of all iron construction and can be used in a wide variety of applications, including industrial and marine installations.

IMPELLER - Semi open cast iron, non clogging, designed for water but can also handle small quantities of mud, sand or silt up to 10% by volume.

PRIMING PLUG - Enables priming, without having to disconnect the discharge piping.

CHECK VALVE - Built-in with threaded NPT suction inlet, prevents syphoning, facilitates priming.

SEAL - Viton and stainless steel with carbon-ceramic faces, mechanical self lubricating, no maintenance required.

CASING - Cast gray iron rugged construction large capacity for faster priming. Self cleaning interior design prevents silt build up.

WEAR PLATE - Replaceable steel wear plate, for maintaining maximum pump efficiency.

TSP SERIES Self Priming Trash Pump

Fast self priming trash pump series; comparable in weight to aluminum pumps. Ideal for portable trash pumping and hydro-seeding applications. Handles spherical solids up to half the diameter of the suction hose. The pump casing is built of cast ductile iron for durability. Available in 2", 3" & 4" sizes.

ENGINE - A variety of gasoline engines available.

SEAL - Siliconized Graphite corrosion and abrasion resistant, water lubricated, no maintenance required, on a replaceable sleeve, protecting engine shaft.

PRIMING PLUG - Enables priming without the removal of the discharge hose.

DISCHARGE OUTLET - Threaded female NPT.

IMPELLER - Semi-open cast gray iron, two vane type, for higher efficiency, capable of handling spherical solids.

DIFFUSER - Ductile iron, replaceable, with built-in wear plate.

CHECK VALVE - Built-in with threaded NPT suction inlet, prevents syphoning, facilitates priming.

CASING - Rugged ductile iron construction for high impact resistance and long life.

“O” RING SEAL - No gaskets required.

SUCTION STRAINER - Price of pump includes a suction strainer, designed to pass solids of size that can be handled by pump, giving an unobstructed flow.

FRONT COVER - Ductile iron construction - easy removal by four wing nuts, no wrenches required.

DRAIN PLUG - Enables casing to be drained, for winterizing, prevents frost damage.

ROLL FRAME - Sturdy welded roll frame standard on 2" and 3" models only.
