AOT SERIES Frame Mount End Suction Centrifugal Pump

The Monarch AOT series end suction centrifugal pumps are of frame mount design for either belt drive or direct drive through a flexible coupling. This allows the option of connecting the AOT to an electric motor or gas engine.

CASING - Cast gray iron, thick wall, ideal for pressure boosting applications.

DISCHARGE OPENING - Sizes are 1", 1¼" and 2" (NPT).

SEAL - Buna and carbon ceramic mechanical seal.

IMPELLER - AOT series has cast gray iron impellers.

BSTF SERIES Frame Mount Self Priming Centrifugal Pump

Monarch's BSTF Series of self priming centrifugal pumps are designed to be either belt driven or direct driven through a flexible coupling. This versatile design allows the option of connecting to the motor or engine of your choice.

CASING - Large rugged cast iron casing provides fast priming and long life.

SUCTION & DISCHARGE - Sizes range from 1¼", 2" and 3" NPT.

IMPELLER - Semi-open, 4 vane, cast gray iron impeller with "Blind Hole" for shaft protection.

SEAL - Self lubricating mechanical seal, carbon ceramic faces. Viton and stainless steel for ag applications.

SHAFT - One piece, high strength stress proof steel for easy mounting to your choice of motor.

BEARINGS - Sealed double row bearings. The -83 and -125 models have two single row, deep groove, double seal ball bearings.

NT3M9 SERIES Frame Mount End Suction Centrifugal Pump

The Monarch NT3M9 Series of frame mount end suction centrifugal pumps are suitable for either belt drive, power takeoff drive or direct drive through a flex coupling. The seal models are equipped with an iron wear ring, Viton mechanical seal and stainless steel shaft sleeve to make them ideal for both liquid ag- chemical bulk loading plants and for use on water trucks.

CASING - Rugged cast gray iron, back pull-out design gives quick and easy access to impeller without disturbing suction and discharge piping. Available standard rotation and counter-clockwise (ccw).

IMPELLER - Dynamically balanced cast iron, designed for maximum efficiency.

SHAFT - One piece, high strength fatigue proof steel 1 1/8" diameter, with keyway for positive connections.

SEAL - Mechanical seals are Viton and stainless steel in all iron (AI) models, buna and stainless steel in regular models, or optional gland packing.

SHAFT SLEEVE - Designed to prevent shaft wear and corrosion, made of stainless steel.

BEARINGS - Heavy duty, single row deep groove for a minimum of shaft
