Ultimate
Screener from Kroosh Technologies
|
"New
word in screening of powders, bulk solids and slurries: Ultimate Screener".
Do
you recognize any of the following statements as applicable to your present
classification-separation process?
- Blinding of screens
- High screening
costs
- Insufficient productivity
- High maintenance
costs
- Poor screening
efficiencies
If
any of these statements are true to your present process, we strongly
urge you to read further. We guarantee that you can improve your production
and financial results.
Can YOU:
- Increase Productivity?
- Prevent Blinding of
Screens?
- Decrease Screening
Costs?
- Decrease Maintenance
Costs?
- Increase Screening
Efficiencies?
And
- Decrease Production
Cost per kg/ton produced?
- Decrease Production
Time per kg/ton produced?
The answer is: YES!
How?
By introducing the Ultimate Screener to your production process.
Whatever this process may be, from high tonnage screening in quarries
to precise screening in pharmaceutical laboratories, from dry processing
to slurry screening, from dewatering to decompaction, the Ultimate Screener
will greatly improve your productivity, your efficiency and all your costs.
How does it work?
Current
vibratory classification equipment uses the mono-harmonic, single-frequency
vibration produced by a single vibratory motor attached to the screening
unit. The task of this vibratory motor is to excite the whole body of
a screener and by doing so, it also excites and conveys vibrations to
the screen that is used to classify your product.
Due to its relatively big mass, the screener can not sustain high g-forces.
This is why all traditional screeners operate at accelerations of 4 -
5 g (where 'g' stands for acceleration of a free fall and equals to 9.8
m/sē ), with the most powerful of such screeners operating at 16 g. The
result is a weak and ineffective excitation of the feed on the surface
of the screening mesh.
Our
patented technology has the ability to convert this vibration from single-frequency
into strong multi-frequency, through our unique mechanical process.
The combination of all factors leads to the resulting efficiency factor
of ANY regular screener to stay below 1%, where the efficiency factor
of the Ultimate Screener stands at a minimum level of 10% and can
go up to 30%. It means that if one has, say, 1 kW motor, less than 10
W of this power used to screen with a traditional single-frequency screener.
The Ultimate Screener uses from 100 W to 300 W of the total power.
This is why ALL traditional screeners are WEAK and INEFFICIENT and this
is why they clearly FALL BEHIND the Ultimate Screener in all aspects
of screening.
With
the Ultimate Screener we are able to transmit simultaneously a wide
spectrum of frequencies to any product on a screen surface. To see how
a product behaves on our screeners, please click

The Kroosher® multi-frequency technology allows not only for screening
enhancing, but also opens new horizons for other processes, such as dewatering,
decompaction and others. Even more so, it widens greatly the area of vibratory
processes application and lets the Ultimate Screener machine to
successfully compete and often outperform non-vibratory machines, such
as cyclones, classifiers and centrifuges.
Thanks to our multi-frequency
Kroosher® Technology, our Ultimate Screener can perform a wide
range of tasks, including, but not limited to control screening (scalping),
classification, de-dusting (fines removal), wet screening, including screening
of slurries and dewatering.
As a result, we are able to offer you:
Process Advantages
- Significantly Higher Efficiency
- Guaranteed Blinding-Free Operation
- Higher Productivity Per Square Meter
Of Screening Area
Operational Advantages
- Longer Screen Life-Span
- Smaller Screener Size
- No Mesh-Cleaning Devices
