Application
DC Rotary Valves are used as Discharge Valves for dust collector filters
in every field of industry. Designed for a wide range of materials and
operating conditions, they are also used as Dischargers, as Metering
Valves below silos and hoppers and as feeders in suction conveying systems.

6 vanes shrouded end fabricated construction; shrouded end with replaceable
blade tips.
Drive
Direct with worm gearmotor (DCM version), direct with helical gearmotor
and flexible coupling (DCMB version).
For temperature higher than 150°C , the valve is supplied with helical
gearmotor and chain drive (DCT version).
Features

1 Shaft with key
2 Out-board mounted sealed ball bearings, maintenance free
The ball bearings are provided with high quality grease.
No re-greasing required.
External bearings prevent the material from entering into the bearing
and facilitate use at high temperatures too.
3 Packing glands seal
The shaft seal is with PTFE or graphite packing glands.
4 Cast iron end plate designed to obtain the maximum structural
stability.
5 6 vanes shrouded end fabricated construction rotor
6 Heavy duty cast iron construction with large inlet
and outlet square flanges in relation to the rotor volume.
7 The housing is designed to allow an easy discharge
of the material that may have filtered in the space between the ends
of the rotor
and end plates.
