  Teflon PTFE Insulated Thermofoil™ Heaters (260º) from Minco Products
Teflon PTFE Heaters
 Teflon PTFE Heaters are ideal for applications where caustic or corrosive chemicals are present. Only 0.025" thin, these heaters are resistant to most acids and bases. Also ideal for medical and pharmaceutical applications where the clean, inert properties of the insulation material prevent contamination. Optional features include integrated or discrete temperature sensors (RTD, thermocouple or thermistor), special shapes and cutouts, and profiled watt density designs.
  • Flexible, immersible, chemical resistant
  • Sealed Construction allows direct immersion in liquids
  • Power ratings to 65 watts per square inch at 50°C
  • Available in round, rectangular and irregular shapes
