Infrared Thermocouples

Exergen thermocouples are used where high temperatures or moving parts have to be measured. Infrared Thermocouples are made in either ABS Stainless steel and come in various models. Thermocouples type such as J,K,T,E,R,S. are available in various temperature ranges.  

Microprocessor Based 2-Wire Head Mount Transmitter

The FZ7CR is one of the smallest, most advanced Microprocessor Based 2-Wire Head Mount Transmitter available. Able to fit in a small, standard connection head, it is quickly and easily programmed to your exact PT100 RTD requirements via your personal computer and our “Point ‘N Click” Software/Interface - allowing you to have a single transmitter to meet all of your Pt100 requirements.  

Plastic Thermocouples

Available with various types of leads like Hi temp fiberglass, PVC, SS Braided fiberglass or with Stainless Steel flexible armour cable. Plastic thermocouples are normally rated for low temperature ranges up to a thousand degrees F, however the same construction could be used for higher temperatures.

Industrial RTD Temperature Sensors

General Purpose Industrial RTD Temperature Sensors Small Version. This is the all purpose model of our Industrial RTD Temperature Sensors line for general light duty industrial or commercial temperature measurement. Industrial RTD Temperature Sensors features a small threaded cast aluminum head with O-ring seal.

Industrial Temperature Sensors

General Purpose Industrial Temperature Sensors Large Version. This is the all purpose model of our Industrial Temperature Sensors line for general heavy duty industrial or commercial temperature measurement. It features a large threaded cast aluminum head with gasket. Electrical connections are made through the 3/4" NPT female opening suitable for piping or standard electrical fittings.

RTD Temperature Probes

The TSR - RTD Temperature Probes series TSR employs a resistive thermal device (RTD) to measure process temperature. Utilizing the relationship between resistance and temperature change in metals, RTDs provide a very stable and repeatable output. This makes them well suited for industrial applications which require a high degree of measuring accuracy over a wide range of temperatures.

Ultra Flat, Laminated "Stick" RTD's

Fit in slots between stator windings to monitor temperature rise and prevent overheating. The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) recognizes embedded detectors as a standard protection for motor and generator insulation. Unlike on-off devices, RTD's provide continuous sensing for earlier warning without unnecessary false alarms and trips.

Thermowells and Protection Tubes

When Thermocouples or RTD's or any other sensors are exposed to harsh atmospheres they are damaged. This damaged due to mechanical or chemical contamination can be avoided by the use of  protection tubes or Thermowells.
