Intercool NFE
• An inhibited ethylene
glycol based fluid with an operating range of -60 to
250ºF.

• An inhibited propylene
glycol based fluid with an operating range of -60 to
250ºF
• Designed for applications
where toxicity is a concern.

fluid formulated with USP grade propylene glycol with
an operating range of -28 p to 300ºF. Developed for
applications where the possibility of incidental food
contact exists. Approved by the USDA

Intercool
TN 400 Thermal Transfer Fluid |
A
triethylene glycol based inhibited thermal fluid, developed
for use as a liquid dessicant in natural gas drying and
industrial air drying systems, where higher temperature
tolerance is required.
This fluid has highly effective pH buffering package that
will not flash off at normal operating temperatures.

Maintenance Program
Interstate offers a unique and comprehensive testing program
on its’ Intercool fluids. This service is free of charge.
The advantages of this free service are significant:
• It insures that the
fluid and machines are operating at peak performance.
• It insures maximum
service life of the fluid.
• It reduces operating
costs.
This program is designed to insure that the fluid is operating
at optimum performance. Here’s how it works:
• Once the coolant has
been installed and circulated for 12-24 hours, a sample
should be taken and tested for the proper freeze point.
• Then a maintenance
request form will be sent to you every six months as a reminder
that a check up is due.
• Our lab will then test
the drawn sample and make recommendations based on the results.
Interstate performs the following analysis on each glycol
sample.
